What is your epoxy resin shipping policy?

Free 2-day shipping. Always.

We offer free 2-day shipping to the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Orders placed by 4:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, will ship the same day; excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, will ship the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

All orders ship from fulfillment centers located in Nashville, Tennessee and in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Free shipping orders are shipped via Fedex Ground.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection reimburses the full value of lost or damaged goods quickly and without the need to file a claim with FedEx.
You have the option to toggle Shipping Protection On or Off.
It is ON by default. If you choose to turn it off, we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.

Our shipping protection helps us protect you from uncontrollable factors during the shipping process.

Please note: Orders that have opted out of shipping protection do not qualify for compensation for any lost or damaged packages.

Canceled Order Policy

Orders that are canceled immediately after being placed or before fulfillment starts are subject to a 3.1% transaction fee.
Orders that are canceled after fulfillment has begun are subject to a 15% re-processing fee to cover the time and expense of restocking, canceling the order, and issuing a refund.

Return Policy

Epoxy resin is federally classified as a liquid polymer.
We are unable accept returns.
All sales are final and there is no exception to this policy.
Any items shipped to our address will not be received as this location does NOT receive mail or packages.

Shipping to Canada

Shipping to Canada is accomplished via Fedex Ground International.
Packages usually arrive in 3-7 business days.
Our website will calculate the shipping cost to Canada. To view shipping cost online, add the products to your shopping cart, then click View Cart and enter your shipping postal code. All prices are in USA currency (US Dollar).
Customers using a Canadian delivery address will be responsible for duties and taxes on receiving their orders. We do not add that into the shipping cost.

Do you ship to any other countries?

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
