Can I use knives with epoxy as a cutting surface?

No. Cured epoxy is very durable, but a sharp knife can still damage into it.

If you're preparing food, use a cutting board. Cutting directly on the epoxy surface can cause slivers of the epoxy to come off the surface and possibly go into your food.

For any other cutting purposes, you'll want to find a more appropriate surface or base.
